The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

He ignored the fixed penalty, and the fine came to £1,006

Medway Council reported in December 2025 that a man stopped by Kent Police and council officers in Rochester, with metal waste visible in the back of his van, admitted he held no upper tier waste carrier registration. A fixed penalty notice was issued and he did not pay it. On 15 October 2025 Medway Magistrates' Court heard the case in his absence and fined him £1,006 for failing to respond to the notice.

Medway Council, Illegal waste carrier fined more than £1,000. Read 2026-09-03. Who is allowed to take your things away explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
