The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Do nothing and the page stays as it is.

Registrations from Scotland and Wales, and the England register

The Environment Agency's public register search page carries a note on cross-border registration. It says carriers and brokers registered in Scotland, with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, or in Wales, with Natural Resources Wales, are also authorised to operate in England, and it links to both bodies' own searches. Searching the England register alone reaches neither of those two lists.

Environment Agency, Register of Waste Carriers, Brokers and Dealers, search page, Scotland and Wales panel. Read 2026-09-04. Who is allowed to take your things away explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
