The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Paid someone found on Facebook, then could not say who

Cornwall Council reported that in November 2025 a woman was ordered to pay £712.24 at Bodmin Magistrates' Court after nine bags of her household waste were found dumped on private land near St Austell. She told council officers she had paid someone found on Facebook. The council said she did not supply the collector's contact details or the messages when asked, and she pleaded guilty both to the householder duty of care offence and to failing to assist the investigation.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
