The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Most fly-tipping is household waste, a van load at a time

Local authorities in England dealt with 1.26 million fly-tipping incidents during 2024/25, 9% more than the year before, in figures Defra updated on 25 February 2026. Household waste was involved in 62% of them, or 777,000 incidents. The commonest size was the equivalent of a small van load, at 31%, followed by a car boot or less at 27%. Highways, meaning pavements and roads, were the commonest place at 37%.

Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (GOV.UK), Fly-tipping statistics for England, 2024 to 2025, section 1 (key points). Read 2026-09-04. Fly-tipping: when it becomes your fine explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
