The certificate, and what a copy of it must show

Regulation 29 of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 requires the Environment Agency to provide a certificate of registration on registration, and to supply a copy to the holder on request for a reasonable charge. It must ensure that any such copy is numbered and marked to show both that it is a copy of the certificate and that the Agency provided it.
