Is this your firm?
Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

A season ticket comes from the code, not the regulation
Regulation 35 carries no provision for one note covering a series of transfers. Read in full on 3 September 2026 it runs to eight paragraphs and none of them mentions one. The season ticket is described in the statutory waste duty of care code of practice: a single note covering a series of non-hazardous transfers, lasting up to one year, for regular transfers of the same type of waste with the same carrier.
legislation.gov.uk, The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011, regulation 35 (waste information). Read 2026-09-03. What a waste transfer note is, and why you keep it explains this in full.
What the register settles, and what to ask the firm
We publish the register. Here is where it stops.
It does tell you
- That the business is registered to transport waste
- Which tier the registration sits in
- When the registration expires
It does not tell you
- That the work will be done well
- Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
- That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
