The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.
Is this your firm?
Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

What a season ticket still asks you to record
The waste duty of care code of practice says that where several sites are serviced by the same carrier with the same types of waste collected, they can be listed in a schedule to the season ticket, and that you should keep a record of the collection times and the quantity of waste. It gives a season ticket the same retention period as any other non-hazardous transfer, two years.
Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Environment Agency, Waste duty of care: code of practice. Read 2026-09-03. What a waste transfer note is, and why you keep it explains this in full.
What the register settles, and what to ask the firm
We publish the register. Here is where it stops.
It does tell you
- That the business is registered to transport waste
- Which tier the registration sits in
- When the registration expires
It does not tell you
- That the work will be done well
- Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
- That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
