On the register
Registered waste carrierAn upper tier registration is renewed every three years. This one runs to 4 May 2028. We publish one other registered carrier in LS4.
Categories describe the waste this registration permits the business to carry. They are not a list of services, and they say nothing about how well the work is done.
From Companies House. These are facts about the legal entity, published so you can judge who you are dealing with. They come from the free monthly bulk snapshot, so a company's status can change between snapshots. The registration facts above are read from the Environment Agency register every morning.
The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.
Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.
The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

The government's guidance to councils on household waste duty of care fixed penalties says that “an authorised person may still fly-tip waste so tracing fly-tipped waste to a household does not necessarily demonstrate a breach of the duty of care”, and that the individual should be given an opportunity to demonstrate the steps they took. It adds that where waste is traced to someone who cannot identify who took it, or who names a carrier that is unauthorised, “it is reasonable to believe their duty of care was not met”.
Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (GOV.UK), Guidance for local authorities on household waste duty of care fixed penalty notices, section 2. Read 2026-09-03. Fly-tipping: when it becomes your fine explains this in full.
