The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Two £600 penalties for not knowing who took the waste

Lichfield District Council reported on 13 March 2026 that two residents were each given a £600 fixed penalty after their waste was fly-tipped and neither could say who had taken it. In one, waste blocked the entrance to a farmer's field near Lichfield in October 2025 and the resident confirmed they had paid someone to remove it but could not provide the details. In the other, five bags of household waste were dumped in a lane in February 2026 and the person failed to confirm who they had paid.

Lichfield District Council, More than £5,000 in fines issued as part of action against fly-tipping and waste offences. Read 2026-09-03. Six questions worth asking before you book explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
