On the register
Registered waste carrierAn upper tier registration is renewed every three years. This one runs to 30 October 2029.
Categories describe the waste this registration permits the business to carry. They are not a list of services, and they say nothing about how well the work is done.
From Companies House. These are facts about the legal entity, published so you can judge who you are dealing with. They come from the free monthly bulk snapshot, so a company's status can change between snapshots. The registration facts above are read from the Environment Agency register every morning.
The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.
Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.
The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Do nothing and the page stays as it is.
The government's guidance to councils on household waste duty of care fixed penalties, last updated on 1 April 2024, tells an authority what to do before enforcing: set out the evidence gathered, say whether prosecution may follow and why, and say whether a fixed penalty would be offered instead. Its next line is short. “If an individual makes a convincing case that they complied with their duty of care you cannot give an FPN (or prosecute).”
Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (GOV.UK), Guidance for local authorities on household waste duty of care fixed penalty notices, section 4.1. Read 2026-09-03. Fly-tipping: when it becomes your fine explains this in full.
