Rubbish & junk removal

Categories describe the waste this registration permits the business to carry. They are not a list of services, and they say nothing about how well the work is done.

The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Do nothing and the page stays as it is.

Two years to keep it, seven days to produce it

Regulation 35(6) of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 says the transferor and the transferee “must keep the written information, or a copy of it, for at least 2 years and produce it to an officer of the appropriate body or of a waste collection authority on demand within 7 days”. The duty sits on both sides of the transfer, and there is a deadline for producing the document as well as a period for keeping it.

legislation.gov.uk, The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011, regulation 35(6). Read 2026-09-03. What a waste transfer note is, and why you keep it explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
