The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

A house clearance dumped in a lane, and the bill for it

North Devon Council reported in June 2026 that a man pleaded guilty at Barnstaple Magistrates’ Court to fly-tipping in a lane off Ilfracombe High Street in July 2025. The council said the waste came from a house clearance and included Christmas decorations, framed pictures, an ironing board and an exercise bike, and that officers traced it to him from CCTV showing an hour spent carrying items from a High Street property. He was ordered to pay £826: a £233 fine, a £93 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

North Devon Council, Two fined at court for fly-tipping offences in North Devon. Read 2026-09-04. Clearing a parent's home, step by step explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
