The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

£340 in cash to a passing van, then £5,475.53 to the court

Buckinghamshire Council reported in August 2026 that a jury at Aylesbury Crown Court found a man guilty of failing his duty of care after he paid a passing van driver £340 in cash to take waste away without checking whether the driver was registered. Some of that waste turned up in a fly-tip of 150 to 200 piles under the A40 at Denham, with his name and address in it. He was fined £660, with £3,405 costs and £1,410.53 compensation.

Buckinghamshire Council, Man fined after failing to check waste carrier details. Read 2026-09-03. Fly-tipping: when it becomes your fine explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
