The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

Some vehicles are turned away whatever is in the back

A permit covers a vehicle, not a load, and some vehicles get no permit at all. Oxfordshire's waste acceptance policy refuses entry to anything rated over 3.5 tonnes fully laden, longer than 5.8m or wider than 2.5m, tipper trucks and beaver-tail vans, box, caged and Luton vans, any vehicle or trailer with more than four wheels, and business-branded or sign-written vehicles, though it will consider an exemption for a household that has no other vehicle. Other councils draw those lines in different places.

Oxfordshire County Council, Household Waste Recycling Centres: Waste Acceptance Policy, version 8. Read 2026-09-03. House clearance, skip or man and van explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
