The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

The other 1977 Act notice, and the address it must go to

Part I of Schedule 1 to the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 covers the notice that imposes an obligation to take delivery. It must be in writing, name the bailee and give an address, give enough particulars of the goods and where they are held, say the goods are ready for delivery, and state any amount owed. It may be delivered, left at the proper address, or posted. Paragraph 8 defines the proper address as a company's registered or principal office, and in any other case the person's last known address.

legislation.gov.uk (The National Archives), Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, Schedule 1: uncollected goods. Read 2026-09-04. Clearing a rented property: landlord and tenant explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
