House & estate clearance

Categories describe the waste this registration permits the business to carry. They are not a list of services, and they say nothing about how well the work is done.

The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

A jury, a passing van and a bill for £5,475

Buckinghamshire Council reported on 17 August 2026 that a man was found guilty at Aylesbury Crown Court, on 7 August 2026, of failing in his duty of care when transferring waste. The council said he was working at a property, was approached by a man with a van offering to take the waste, agreed to pay £340 in cash, and did not check whether the man was registered with the Environment Agency. His name and address turned up in one of 150 to 200 piles dumped below the A40 flyover at Denham. The judge fined him £660, with costs and compensation taking the total to £5,475.53.

Buckinghamshire Council, Man fined after failing to check waste carrier details. Read 2026-09-03. Six questions worth asking before you book explains this in full.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
