House & estate clearance

Categories describe the waste this registration permits the business to carry. They are not a list of services, and they say nothing about how well the work is done.

The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

A £600 penalty after a collection arranged on social media

West Northamptonshire Council reported on 9 June 2026 that a resident had been given a £600 fixed penalty after waste they paid to have removed was fly-tipped on farmland at Weedon. The council said the collection was arranged through Facebook Marketplace, paid for in cash, and that the carrier was not checked. The resident also had to pay for the waste to be cleared and disposed of properly, and was not named, because paying a fixed penalty discharges liability for the offence.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
