The Environment Agency's register does not hold contact details for anybody, so we have none to publish. If this is your firm, you can add them.

Is this your firm?

Your name is not on this page. We publish the trading name only, never the personal name, the street address or the full postcode. Less about you than the Environment Agency publishes.

The register holds no way to reach you. Add one, and correct anything above. Neither costs anything.

£60 in cash for an old kitchen, then a £662 fine

Hart District Council reported on 6 March 2023 that a Bracknell resident was fined £662 after pleading guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court to failing in his duty of care under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The council said he had paid a person driving past his property £60 in cash to take away his old kitchen after a new one was fitted, and the waste was later found fly-tipped on a road in Hartley Wintney.

What the register settles, and what to ask the firm

We publish the register. Here is where it stops.

It does tell you

  • That the business is registered to transport waste
  • Which tier the registration sits in
  • When the registration expires

It does not tell you

  • That the work will be done well
  • Anything about complaints, insurance or disputes
  • That anyone has inspected their vehicles or staff
